On the clock
The time left, on every case.
When a report comes in, BlocCases starts the clock for each stage and shows how long is left, so a case at risk shows before it breaches.
- Stages from the regulations. Report, acknowledge, investigate, written summary and works, for Scotland now and England next.
- Working days counted for you. Weekends and bank holidays are left out, so the dates are right.
- Soonest deadline first. The queue puts the case that's due next at the top.
A record that stands up
Every step, dated as it happens.
From the first report to the closed case, each stage is timestamped, and the letters that go out are kept with it.
- Written summaries. The findings go to the resident in writing, and a copy stays on the case.
- Delay notices. When works will take longer, the resident is told why and when to expect them.
- Residents kept informed. They hear when their case moves to the next stage.
Built for regulated landlords. BlocCases tracks the clock and keeps the evidence. The decisions stay with your team.
